Jack Brereton: My hon. Friend has made a powerful point. That, too, illustrates the failings of the hybrid Bill process. My hon.

Jack Brereton: Absolutely. We need reassurances from the Minister to allay the many fears among our communities throughout Staffordshire.

Jack Brereton: We may come to that shortly, but I am very concerned about this. Certainly, we may consider dividing on the motion.
